Your weekend of self-care includes

Qi Gong & Energy Awareness with Kylie

Rooted in the gentle practice of Qi Gong, these sessions offer women an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and restore a sense of inner calm. The sessions combine soft flowing movement, mindful breath, and energy awareness practices designed to support emotional wellbeing and nervous system balance.

Somatic Breath Work

Over 90 minutes we will share a gentle fascia and lymphatic nourishment practice to help blood, heat, and oxygen flow to all our cells. This is something you can easily continue daily when you leave the retreat. Expect a gentle, subtle, twisting practice to rejuvenate and re-align the joints of the body.

Time For Yourself

The retreat intentionally includes unstructured time so you can move at your own pace. You may choose to relax by the pool, journal by the pond, walk the gardens, rest indoors, book a personal Reiki session or massage, or simply enjoy quiet moments with a cup of tea.

Nourishing Meals Included
Nourishing meals, quiet spaces, and six acres of nature to help you unwind are included in your retreat package.
Unwind and Relax
Unwind, relax, read a book, sip a refreshing drink, take a dip, or daydream the hours away by our lagoon pool.

Calm your farm

We intentionally keep our workshops small to create a supportive and nurturing experience. As a result, workshops require a minimum number of bookings to proceed. If we don’t reach those numbers, we’ll contact you as early as possible to discuss alternative options, including another workshop, a personal stay, or a full refund.
