Girls weekends and small group stays

Gather your closest people for a calm, purposeful women’s weekend. A gentle place to pause, breathe and reconnect, together. Your retreat. Your way.

The experience

A peaceful place to be together, without pressure

The Sanctuary sits on six secluded acres in Port Stephens, NSW, with spaces designed for rest, reflection and easy connection. For girls weekends and group stays, we welcome up to seven women in a calm, private setting.

All meals are included. Share them at the table or take them in your own space, and spend time wherever feels right for your group.

Some groups come simply to slow down. Others add light structure, such as a guided circle, journalling time or a quiet stroll by the pond. Facilitators will find a stand-alone studio and comfortable shared areas for small sessions.

Rest for you, and for women who follow

Every time you contribute to your stay at Women’s Healing Sanctuary you are not only gifting something special for yourself, you are also paying it forward to other women in need.

Time away, together

Time that belongs to you

A stay like this gives a group of women something that’s often hard to find: time that isn’t claimed by anyone else. With the demands of home set down for a while, there’s room to unwind, rest properly, and let the days move at their own pace.

How you spend that time is yours to decide. You might do very little at all, or fill the days with what restores you. There’s space for slow mornings, a massage or treatment, a walk through the bush, or a quiet wander in historic Morpeth. Evenings can be as simple as a glass of wine by the fire, in easy company or comfortable silence.

There’s no schedule to keep and nothing you have to join. Whether your group wants connection, rest, or a little of both, the days are gentle enough to hold whatever each woman needs.

The experience

A gentle, group-friendly rhythm

Time alone is welcome

Rest is valid here. Some guests nap or journal while others chat by the firepit or sit by the water.

Optional add-ons

By arrangement, we can connect you with gentle options such as a women’s circle, relaxation massage or simple movement sessions, subject to availability.

Venture out, or stay in

Wander the historic streets of nearby Morpeth, or stay in and swim, read, relax by the pool, soak in the bubble bath, or gather by the firepit. The choice is yours.

A gentle farewell

Leave at a time that suits your booking. If it feels right for your group, we can suggest a simple way to pause, reflect, and bring your time together to a meaningful close.
